TSMC board decision on approx. $50 billion in annual investments. The 1 nm process, i.e., A10, also appears to be progressing under the guidance of a new vice president, among other things.

The last paragraph of the attached news article:

“A10 is TSMC’s post-A14 fabrication process expected to be available to its clients sometimes in 2030 or later. The company expects A10 to enable it to make monolithic chips with over 200 billion transistors at the time. Some believe that TSMC plans to start using High-NA EUV lithography tools with its A10 node.”
