Here are Arttu’s comments on Keskisuomalainen’s real estate arrangement 
Keskisuomalainen announced on Wednesday that it has completed the arrangement announced in November 2025, in which the company sold a property located in the center of Kuopio and invested the sale price in KPY Novapolis Oy. The company will record a one-time capital gain from the transaction. We will include the limited effects of the arrangement in our forecasts at the latest in connection with the H2 earnings preview.
