I suspected there might be some kind of calculation exercise going on here, but I consider the numbers quite low if triple-digit quantities are produced using only one chamber. I find it hard to believe that process times in modern CVD technology are that long, or alternatively, that Canatu’s yield is absolute garbage.
In silicon oxide growth, they talk about a process window of several days, but somehow I don’t believe that compares to this, though I could certainly be wrong.
