Tokmanni - House of Opportunities?

In connection with Q2, there was some expectation management around Dollarstore’s turnaround, attempting to push it clearly further out than what the market had been anticipating. Based on the general discussion, my understanding was that the market took this message at face value. That’s why I personally was expecting a bit of a breather this round when it comes to expectations for Dollarstore.

Listening around now, however, high expectations have still been placed on Dollarstore.

Personally, I assumed that Dollarstore moving sideways flatlining would be a neutral result, and any ray of sunshine through the clouds would be a slight positive surprise. Clearly, though, I’ve missed something along the way.

So, what expectations were pushed into the distant future back in Q2? Were expectations in Q2 that the turnaround would have already happened, and now we’re trying to sniff out any signs of smoke because something ought to be happening already for the bonfire to roar next year?
