An interesting company and technology. I truly hope they reach their goals and that we get another success story. There are certainly plenty of risks in the technology, execution, and permitting. Too early-stage for my taste, and if the first reactor is ready perhaps in the early 2030s, it’s still a long road ahead. If there were even one actual reactor already under construction, I might be more interested. Furthermore, the convoluted share exchanges, earn-outs (lisäkauppahinnat), and various options do not make the situation any easier.
