Kitron is finally expanding its operations by acquiring Danish EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) manufacturer BB Electronics A/S. The purchase price is approximately NOK 822 million, and the company has a turnover of DKK 1,000 million and an EBIT of DKK 66 million. Kitron gains a broad customer base and a strong foothold in the Danish market.
