Here are Frans’s preview comments as Asuntosalkku releases a condensed Q3 business review for the period of April 1 – June 30. ![]()
We expect net yields to have developed quite steadily compared to last year and for the realized profit to increase from the weak comparison period. The most interesting aspect of the report is once again the outcome of the profitable apartment sales in Tallinn. In the Helsinki metropolitan area, occupancy rates have turned to a gradual increase over the past two years, supported by low levels of new construction, which we believe is finally starting to create the conditions for rental growth in the coming years. We have prepared our forecast model on a semi-annual basis, so the condensed review mainly serves as a checkpoint for our forecasts.
