Now questions are arising: What will happen to the CEO, Verphu, Saukki, Marianne, and all the other nice boys and girls?? Off to the unemployment office to enjoy the dismantling of the active model and full benefits without punishment for idling?? Human analytics will die within 2 years??

I can assure you that as a result of Rane’s work, no one will be knocking on the unemployment office doors.. Rane can’t even read the releases himself yet or say anything about them, if the analyst doesn’t make predictions to compare.
Today, we’ve pondered a lot about what would be the smartest first tasks for Rane, and one option is to try sending Rane on an overseas assignment to compare the results of completely new companies against analyst consensus from Inderes’ perspective.
But yes, human analytics won’t die out at all, as Petri Aho’s actual Alma comment also showed, in my opinion. It would take Rane many lifetimes to be able to comment on companies’ subdivisions, etc., with similar accuracy.
