Participation of company representatives in forum discussion

One alternative investment strategy would be to invest only in companies whose representatives participate in the Inderes forum discussion. This offers an opportunity to get first-hand information about the company and its internal thought processes, even at the highest level, as with Herantis Pharma and Nixu. Sampo and Qt Group’s IR also do exemplary work. Did I forget to mention any company!? Is Inderes active in attracting company representatives to forum discussions? At the CEO level, I understand the lack of time, but surely every listed company has a communications manager. It would also be interesting to know the number of people working in investor relations at companies, which surely varies a lot.

Nokian Tyres’ communication after the latest analyst call left a bad taste, as over 160 million (4.5%) evaporated from the company’s market value in one day before ordinary investors were aware of the reasons for the decline.

Finally, thanks from me too to the companies whose representatives have descended here among us “tracksuit investors” to spread information

I don’t know if it would be an option, but those companies that are active here are good. I made a marginal investment in Herantis Pharma precisely because of the CEO, as he has been active here and I then became interested.

Everything is in my portfolio, but there are others as well, like Nokian Tyres.

A suitable topic for InderesPodi came up from Cargotec’s IR: inderesPodi 54: IR:n työ ja merkitys, vieraana Hanna-Maria Heikkinen - Inderes
It was a surprise to me that not all listed companies have dedicated IR personnel, but rather the task is handled by, for example, the CFO. A lot of interesting information that helps to better understand the relationship between companies and analysts.
