Administer has made a small acquisition, and here are Aapo’s comments on it 
Administer announced on Friday that its subsidiary Kuntalaskenta has signed a letter of intent to acquire the municipally owned Tilikunta Oy. With a revenue of approximately EUR 3.0 million, the target is relatively small on Administer’s scale, but it further strengthens the company’s position in public sector financial and payroll management, where the company already took a significant growth leap this year through the Sarastia acquisition. The company estimates that the transaction will be finalized by the end of 2026, and we will update our forecasts for the arrangement once the deal is completed.
