Such divergent periods should simply be banned. Anyway, onto the matter at hand, the quarterly results are out.

Growth figures are quite good, meeting or beating forecasts.

For the third quarter fiscal 2027, UiPath expects:

  • Revenue in the range of $440 million to $445 million
  • ARR in the range of $1.992 billion to $1.997 billion as of October 31, 2026
  • Non-GAAP operating income of approximately $100 million

For the full year fiscal 2027, UiPath expects:

  • Revenue in the range of $1.789 billion to $1.794 billion
  • ARR in the range of $2.065 billion to $2.070 billion as of January 31, 2027
  • Non-GAAP operating income of approximately $445 million.

The stock price ran up significantly ahead of the report. Expectations for it were, in my view, higher than what was delivered. Currently down -8% in premarket. Right after the report, it was up +10% for a moment :person_shrugging:

My gut feeling seems to have been right so far, as I dumped my shares on the market at $18.2–$18.5 within the week. Now I need to figure out a suitable price level to jump back in :thinking:
