I agree about the over-optimism, but some of those features are ones that might have demand in premium cars: facial recognition, gesture control for air conditioning/media player, detection of items left in the car, at least those. In cars intended for professional use, then the possibility of more precise monitoring could also be a good thing in the eyes of the buyer, even though regular consumers hardly want such features.
But how much those might potentially increase the unit price is pretty much a mystery in my opinion, and I don’t base my investment thesis on it.
