We just got an explanation for yesterday’s large trades. Paradigm now has over 9 million shares and ownership of over 25%, having almost doubled its stake in a year. Etola also acquired over 500,000 shares last year and is the largest individual shareholder.
I was already expecting some arrangements last year when Para’s guy joined the board, but 2025 just ended up being a gap year for this firm too. However, we did get an interesting start to the new year. A new CFO started a week ago, and now the CEO was replaced on the fly. Haasmaa was a nice man, but he didn’t produce results. Well, Anna Wäck is likely an even nicer woman—at least based on LinkedIn comments. She also has a strong track record on the digital side, which I think is the biggest thing in SW. Good luck and success to Anna and Jannis, who, in addition to his vast experience, is also a significant shareholder!
I listened to Haasmaa’s presentation at the investment fair, which left a fairly positive impression. The bottoms for the company and Sweden have been passed (once again ; )). Restructuring has been done, a few good contracts have been secured, and there are plans to improve profitability, for example, by expanding the offering to data centers, defense, and energy. Hopefully, we’ll hear more about these soon.
Insiders have bought shares quite nicely in previous years, except for last year. Now would be a good opportunity to continue buying, as there seems to be confidence in the future.
