Here are Lucas’s comments on NYAB signing a preliminary agreement for SSAB’s logistics facility 
NYAB has entered into an Early Works Agreement (EWA) with SSAB for preparatory works on a steel coil logistics facility located in Luleå. Although the financial value of this initial phase is likely relatively small, we view the agreement as positive, as it puts NYAB in a favorable position for subsequent, more valuable execution phases. We believe the project fits perfectly with NYAB’s industrial infrastructure expertise and its strong market position in Northern Sweden. However, as the press release does not contain financial details, the news does not trigger any forecast changes at this stage.
