Nixu as an investment

I didn’t accept the tender offer in the spring/summer as I was supposedly too busy with other things. Additionally, in previous cases, the Affecto and Technopolis shares left my portfolio without any specific action, which partly influenced my priorities. Now, however, the mail is bringing information about arbitration proceedings and trustees. As such, they don’t seem to require any action from me, as I’m not arguing against the process or the price. Still, my heart jumps into my throat every time a letter with a law firm’s logo drops through the mail slot. According to the provided schedule, it looks like letters will keep coming until the end of the year.

Can I just dump the shares on the sell side, or do I have to see the process through now?
