I’ve been calculating and playing with the exact same scenarios using similar mental models. Revenio used to have strong growth, but in my opinion, if sales develop favorably, this is sort of that scenario on steroids. That’s because EPS starts to rise pretty aggressively after a certain point—at least in my own calculations and others I’ve looked at. To me, that relationship between growth vs. earnings growth in a specific scenario is the real kicker here.
