Good point that they might have ordered them for stock.
But on the other hand, since that second order came just a month after the previous one, one would imagine that at least the first set of ten would have been sold already. Otherwise, there would have been time to wait until the end of the year for the second one as well. Based on this, I’m personally inclined to wait for at least one more set before the end of the year.
