There doesn’t seem to be any information on how the conversion into Sinaptica shares is recorded in Nexstim’s convertible bond. Quite often, this conversion option is tied to the next funding round (which I understand is now) and at a reduced price. However, this is a huge joker card for Nexstim, so it would be great to understand this arrangement better.
