Nexstim - To World Domination with Brain Stimulation

Thank you @Jatast for your clarifying question. Regarding the communication of Brainlab equipment sales, we operate in accordance with our long-term partnership agreement. We aim to communicate these as distributor sales whenever possible, without revealing business secrets, meaning we cannot individually disclose the number of devices sold to Brainlab or Sinaptica at this stage of our agreement. The total number of devices delivered to all our customers (including those delivered to Brainlab) will continue to be reported four times a year, i.e., in Q1 and Q3 business updates, and in H1 and H2 earnings reports. The previous status update regarding device numbers was published in October, in conjunction with the July-September 2025 business update: https://www.nexstim.com/fi/sijoittajat/tiedotteet?publicationId=d8ee8ac6-30d5-455d-b7de-9d865633480d

The operating procedure mentioned in the paragraph above relates to press releases, i.e., announcements published in the Press Release category. Press releases, for us as for many other companies, are part of the companies’ marketing communications, and therefore they are flexible and voluntary in terms of format requirements and timing. As a Nasdaq First North company, we also publish regulated company announcements, for which we operate according to Nexstim’s disclosure policy Nexstim - Hallinto ja johtaminen

Hopefully, this clarifies the discussion related to communication. We continuously strive to develop this area in cooperation with customers, partners, and the investor community.
