Netum - When change is an opportunity

Sounds very familiar, those comments regarding management and the handling of customer relationships and employees in general. I raised my hand as a volunteer in the co-op negotiations (yyterit) a year ago, so thanks again Netum for the free 400-day vacation that’s still ongoing :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

It’s a shame for the good employees how Netum operates; of course, the best ones left a long time ago, but there are still good folks left there. I can’t say what the scenario would be for Netum to rise; it feels like it’s too small to compete with larger players in the current tight economic situation, and since there is hardly any proprietary product development, the joint is pretty much a glorified body-shop with far too heavy a cost structure.
