I find the most significant part of this news to be that this is already the third delivery to the same customer. Satisfied customers return; those who have burned their fingers, not so much.
The customer likely puts deliveries of this size out to tender for every acquisition, unless it’s the only possible supplier. However, the threshold for a repeat order is lowered if previous deliveries have gone well and stayed on budget. The best kind of business is keeping existing customers so satisfied that they see no reason to switch suppliers.
