The results were a bit soft due to the decline in revenue. I would, however, like to remind you that in the project business, revenue recognition can cause fluctuations in reported revenue and, consequently, the earnings.
The company still managed to grow its orders, and the outlook is positive. Thus, revenue will grow in the near future. Furthermore, the company’s margins rose despite the decline in revenue, meaning the company’s profitability trend was good.
In other words, once the company’s revenue starts growing again, it will also succeed in delivering increased earnings. I wouldn’t be worried about one softer quarter.
