The rights issue is seeking 7.5 billion SEK, so the number of shares is expected to increase 4-6 times. If the subscription price were, for example, 13 SEK per new share, the number of shares would increase by approximately 577 million. In this case, the total number of shares would increase more than fivefold compared to the current amount.
The debt amount will drop by about 15% and the equity ratio will rise above the 30% level. Interest expenses will decrease by approximately 140 million per quarter.
