Inderes Oyj - "The company belongs to everyone"

@Mikael_Rautanen and Tero Weckroth are trying to support the share price, the former with 1,000 shares and the latter with 500 shares:

When you also recall the Chairman’s recent purchases, it’s nice to see that management has confidence at this stage.

We also got other positive news this morning. The fact that listed companies can get these services more and more comprehensively from a single source is certainly something that makes Inderes’ sales easier:

People are often willing to pay to ensure that dealing with a necessary evil is as effortless as possible :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

A big thank you again to everyone who responded to the community survey, there was a record number of you this year! I wrote up the results in the form of an article so that you can also take a look behind the numbers at how you think Inderes’ service has developed over the year.

Happy May Day to everyone! :clinking_glasses:

A few deep-diving investors have been asking me about compliance products, so I thought I’d provide some more background on this from an investor’s perspective.

Every listed company is required to manage insider lists. It can be done manually, but it’s a bit of a cumbersome process, especially if there are quite a few projects involved. In Sweden, practically everyone uses software for this, while in Finland, there are still some manual processes in use.

As a product, this falls somewhere between legal and IR (Investor Relations). Inderes has a tight strategic focus on the IR category. However, in some markets and certain customer segments (especially small and medium-sized companies), the company’s IR department wants to buy IR tools and insider tools as a “single package.” Ease of use, simplicity, clear packaging. This partnership addresses this; we can offer a more comprehensive package. Naturally, we also evaluated entering this market ourselves at one point, but the compliance market is quite a different game and there are already many strong specialized players, so it would be difficult for us to build unfair competitive advantages. Therefore, a partnership is a natural model for us to fill this piece of the puzzle, especially since we already work extensively with Euronext Corporate Solutions in other areas anyway.

Latest shareholder list, Tero Jokinen is selling, Inderes is buying from him, to put it simply  . These are likely shares obtained from the Flik deal and is Tero even on Inderes’ payroll anymore!? : https://group.inderes.fi/fi/sijoittajat/osaketieto/osakkeenomistajat

Speaking of shareholder lists, Inderes could sharpen up a bit on updating the shareholder listings for the other companies they have taken on. For example, the Tokmanni shareholder data listings, which are under Inderes’s responsibility, have not yet been updated on the website. More punctual operators already updated their April shareholder information on Friday.

Furthermore, the new and praised “Shareholders” view hasn’t updated on the Inderes site yet either, even though they have already updated on the companies’ own pages. These matters certainly belong more in the threads concerning Inderes’s content.

Hi! Over the past couple of days, I’ve been building my own research tool on top of Inderes’ Premium MCP (mainly for learning purposes — I was interested in multi-agent systems). I made this for my own use and was surprised by how well the system works. The saying “AI systems are as good as the underlying data” holds true, and Inderes’ MCP seems to be of excellent quality.

What does my tool do?: You write a question about a Nordic stock (or stocks) in natural language, and in the background, 5 specialized AI agents run in parallel:

  • QUANT numbers — P/E, ROE, target prices, etc. (Uses Python for calculations)

  • RESEARCH analyst content, reports, transcripts

  • SENTIMENT insider trades, forum

  • PORTFOLIO model portfolio

  • LEAD compiles the answer with sources, Inderes’ own recommendation badge, and suggestions for follow-up questions

In the video, there are a couple of different types of queries as examples — analyzing Puuilo’s sales and dividend populism

For the techies: We can discuss infra, models, trade-offs, frameworks, etc., either here or in another suitable forum :+1:

:warning: Disclaimers for clarity:

  • Personal learning project — not affiliated with Inderes in any way

  • Not investment advice — the tool only surfaces Inderes’ own signals (recommendation, target price, insider activity, forum) into a single view. The user always decides for themselves.

  • Uses my own Premium subscription for MCP access

The most interesting question in my opinion is: what would you add?

Big thanks to Inderes for making the MCP possible - exemplary work!

Go check it out! The future is agentic :robot:

The CEO continues buying :+1: Inderes Oyj - Johdon liiketoimet – Mikael Rautanen
Could this be the reinvestment of dividends, of which Mikael received approximately €50 thousand gross.
