By the way, how good are Inderes’ “firewalls”, referring here to the insider register. As I understand it, it includes at least the company’s board of directors, CEO, and CFO, as well as the heads of business areas, and project-by-project they are probably also appointed depending on the situation. Am I on the right track, @Mikael_Rautanen!? This came to mind again from the Q&A section of Inderes’ company presentation when asked about the sluggish share price:
In my opinion, above all, the lack of new investors and the fact that current and former staff are selling heavily ("head spinning") explains this. However, I myself have experienced the recent news flow as positive, but it is not reflected in the share price, and there are certainly a thousand and one reasons why the personnel want to part with their shares.
Mikael’s mention of telling the story and the software side would think to be clear at least to the company’s own employees, but despite that, they are selling!? Indeed, this long-running trend in share sales personally increases my caution; is there something beneath the surface that the company’s employees at least sense, and we outsiders have no clue about!? In my opinion, this is a relevant point for any company, although it must be mentioned that Inderes’ ownership structure is completely exceptional on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, and these sales can also be thought of as @Karhu_Hylje stated earlier:
\nAccording to the recent owner list, Sauli, Marianne, Janne, and Tero are promoting the company belonging to everyone at the same time the company is trying to prevent it\n
\n
Anyway, I myself also view my own ownership with cautious positivity and trust that even the IPO price will be reached someday (hopefully before dirt is thrown on my coffin, ed. note) ![]()
