I’ll raise one more topic for the forum to kick off the weekend, and that is the share ownership of the Board and senior management!
Operational management—Tero and Joakim—get a pass on this, but why do Helena, Niina, and Hanna collectively own shares worth only a bit over ten thousand euros?
The share price recently hit an ATL (all-time low), and each of them has been on the Board for at least a year.
Do they have a genuine commitment and motivation to work for shareholder value? There have certainly been opportunities to buy, as Mikael scraped the bottom of the barrel to add more shares (lappuja) to his portfolio, even though his position was already relatively solid.
