I am linking this announcement of yesterday’s share buyback here; Lago Kapital, authorized by Inderes, has so far purchased 8,015 shares, whereas the company previously held 15,000 shares. The authorization in the buyback program is up to 70,000 shares: Inderes Oyj: OMIEN OSAKKEIDEN HANKINTA 12.3.2026
Does First North have different rules regarding how much share buybacks can represent of the average daily trading volume!? Yesterday, the total trading volume of the share was 500 shares, of which Lago’s share was 450, and on many other days, those purchases have been executed as a large percentage of the total volume!?
