An idea came to mind that it would be interesting to read “CEO PERFORMANCE REVIEW” style articles, especially after the CEO has changed in some company and we get to see how successful they’ve been based on stock price, Glassdoor, and other metrics.
Perhaps the first one that comes to mind is Fiskars - Kannattavuusoptimointi ja transformaatiotarina? when major transformation and digitalization projects have been carried out. Did the CEO and CDO succeed in these?
Another one that comes to mind is Sampo - Vakuuttava vakuuttaja, where there might have been something about Turre’s era in those historical accounts?
Oh, and of course in IT companies too, as CEOs seem to change frequently there.
For me, the CEO’s contribution always remains a bit vague as to what they set out to do and how successful they were ![]()
