I really had to double-check this. In the Aktiedagarna presentation, at around the three-minute mark, CEO Christer Lindqvist indeed says “…we also have all permits”. Whether he still leaves something essential unsaid on the side remains, of course, open to speculation, but on the other hand, at this stage, the permitting seems to be at least in good order.
These are, of course, “listener’s responsibility” situations, because there is now great pressure to secure funding, and the temptation to leave something essential unsaid can be significant.
