It would be great to hear more about this company and its competitors from those familiar with the industry or from those who have used their services professionally.
I’ve been looking into the market for company and credit information. In Finnish credit information, Asiakastieto and Bisnode truly dominate, and this appears to be a highly regulated, dull, and stable business. In Finland, for company information, these more well-known companies (Asiakastieto, Bisnode, Alma Talent) have some competitors that seem to have a more technologically modern approach:

Asiakastieto also seems to have some plugin for Microsoft CRM. However, the 38.3% acquisition of Goava Sales Intelligence AB (Goava | Turn yesterday's wins into tomorrow's opportunities) brought similar Sales Intelligence and CRM integration capabilities, and externally appears as capable as these challengers. Looking at Finnish revenues, all the mentioned companies seem to be growing quite steadily. Alma Talent includes much more than just company information:
Internationally, there are more challengers in company information. Asiakastieto also acquired Proff from these:
My biggest concern is competition and that more modern players will overtake them. I’m not sure how accurate the impression is that Asiakastieto is the TietoEVRY of company information – a stable but stagnant player that doesn’t inspire great positive impressions, and the challengers are more like Siili/Vincit/Gofore? Or could Asiakastieto also be the Harvia of company information: a profitable consolidator operating in an industry with 5-10% annual growth and creating shareholder value?
