Since G City presumably will not buy at a price over 4€, then the buyers’ motivation is either speculation about a better offer or the intention to remain to oppose redemption. It will be interesting to see how the situation develops.

When was the actual purchase offer supposed to come?
It depends on what “coming” means. The tender offer must be announced on 02.12, and the tender offer period will begin later. It might even go into next year, as it concerns Gazit and there are Christmas holidays etc. in between.

The list of largest shareholders at the end of November has been updated. It’s easy to see in which direction the shares have moved.

There it came, starting on 2.1.2026, so it went into next year. The offer period ends on 16.2, provided regulatory approvals are obtained by then. The money will probably be in the account in March.
