Betolar focuses its operations on growing business areas – focus on critical infrastructure protection and metal separation technology
Betolar is concentrating its operations on selected strategic growth areas and accelerating their commercialization. The company sees significant demand potential particularly in protection solutions for critical infrastructure and in metal separation technology. Global market demand is growing in these areas, and Betolar’s strong expertise in material technology provides a competitive advantage, especially in the development and implementation of resource-efficient solutions.
By focusing its efforts on these areas, Betolar strengthens its market position, accelerates the adoption of its solutions, and builds the foundations for profitable growth.
To respond to the simultaneous weakening in demand for low-carbon products, the company is laying off part of its personnel for production and economic reasons. The layoffs affect approximately 5–10 employees and are targeted at functions where the workload has decreased substantially and permanently.
Customer deliveries, projects, and customer service for critical infrastructure protection solutions, metal separation, and blast furnace slag brokerage will continue normally and without interruption.
The changes have no impact on Betolar’s financial guidance.
