Here is a link to the European Investment Bank’s page regarding the signing of the agreement. It seems the underlying idea is to promote and preserve European expertise against outside competitors; presumably, this is a good thing as an objective, provided that Aiforia stays on track with its development and that there is confidence in its future/products at the EU level.
