CEO & CFO backed me up today ![]()

This situation is quite interesting, to put it mildly!
No matter what news comes out, maybe a small bounce up and then back to new lows!
I donât know if this news has any direct relevance to Zaptec⊠but it is related to charging devices.
In practice, eways was a sales organization operating on the AC and DC side, which had no manufacturing of its own. Not a direct competitor to Zaptec, but good news for Zaptec as thereâs one less player who doesnât sell Zaptec.
An interesting year and years to come!
If the prices of new electric cars drop significantly later this year, it will undoubtedly attract more people to acquire used electric cars that still have a good amount of warranty left.
I mainly feel sorry for used car sellers.

Taskurahoilla, mutta on nÀmÀ silti aina positiivisia juttuja!
Reasons for the last monthâs +50% share price rally:
Good summary!
Today, on a business trip in Stockholm, I walked past the Polestar showroom, but at least at first glance, Zaptec was not prominently displayed!
Does anyone else have information on how the Polestar collaboration has worked?
Add more interest to this year!
Hereâs the same story in text as behind the link!
ABG Points Out Six Takeover Candidates on the Stockholm and Oslo Stock Exchanges
today at 4:11 PM â Finwire
ABG Sundal Collier has identified company candidates with the potential to be bought out from the stock exchange by private equity firms. Dagens industri reports this.
âThree Swedish and three Norwegian companies look particularly interesting,â the bank writes.
ABG Sundal Collier expects continued takeover activity for Nordic companies in 2025. The bank has analyzed 242 companies and selected six acquisition candidates that could be attractive for private equity firms to acquire.
The Swedish companies are game developer G5 Entertainment, sportsbook provider Kambi, and telecom operator Millicom. The Norwegian companies are charging station company Zaptec, infrastructure company NRC, and conglomerate Bonheur.
And the same again in Finnish, because otherwise a country bumpkin wouldnât understand it:
ABG Sundal Collier has highlighted companies with the potential to be acquired from the stock exchange by private equity firms, reports Dagens Industri.
âAccording to the bank, three Swedish and three Norwegian companies are particularly interesting.â
ABG Sundal Collier expects acquisitions to continue in the Nordic markets in 2025. The bank analyzed 242 companies and selected six companies that could be attractive to private equity investors.
The Swedish companies are game developer G5 Entertainment, sports betting solutions provider Kambi, and telecom operator Millicom. The Norwegian companies are charging station company Zaptec, infrastructure company NRC, and multi-industry conglomerate Bonheur.
On the other hand, Zaptec has been on my own âto be bought outâ list for a long time. Especially when its price was 10 NOK.
Strong EV sales growth is predicted for this year in Europe after a soft 2024. VDA forecasts +49% and S&P GP forecasts +43.2%. Both cite tightening emission requirements in their justifications.

January has already been quite strong in EV sales, especially in Norway (+82%), Germany (+54%) and also something in Sweden (+25-30%).
So, comparing January 2024 and 2025
Edit. Teslaâs sales drop in Europe is also not a disadvantage considering Zaptec!
Wow. Of course, those numbers wonât show up yet in the next report. Iâm expecting a soft/neutral result from the next report, but a Mega Bullish outlook for 2025.
Does anyone have Polestarâs figures from last year ready, or have they been found at all?
ZAPTEK TEST WINNER
Itâs always great to sell test-winning products, no matter what the product is. It also makes it easier to recruit good salespeople to the company.
Today, Polestarâs collaboration expanded to also cover Portugal and Luxembourg.
At a quick glance, this âtest winnerâ status is nothing more than the retailerâs own test, meaning itâs not a test conducted independently in any way.
Exactly, and the cheap price has been the most significant factor; if itâs the best product, then why sell it at the cheapest price ![]()
There was no real technical comparison, and verifying competitive advantages is difficult for bulk products.
No offense, but that comparison didnât really have real market value, unfortunately.
Do you easily get sellers for the cheapest or the best product? Iâm exaggerating a bit, but would you rather sell a Mercedes or a Lada? Thatâs worth considering.
For your information, I didnât categorize Zaptec into either; I leave that consideration to you.
