My own visibility into the IT sector is quite hazy, so I’m curious how you see the current state of IT investments in Finland: do you think the current level following the decline in bubble demand is the new normal, or are companies pinching pennies on IT investments exceptionally hard right now?
If they are penny-pinching, would demand normalizing be enough for a market where the most capable IT service companies can once again grow at a double-digit pace?
