“Rats leave a sinking ship”
The Board and CEO left, and only the Chairman of the Board remained.
Tomorrow, the District Court will hear the suspension of the restructuring.
It was supposed to be tomorrow, or rather today. But nothing has been heard about it. I tried to find information, but couldn’t. Does anyone have information on what happened today?
Here are Pauli’s comments on Valoe’s latest news.
Is there any information on what the district court decided yesterday regarding Valoe?
It went bust. Declared bankrupt today by the district court.
So, no viable financing was found. What a shame.
I wonder when Valoe will be delisted from the stock exchange and removed from the book-entry securities account.
It all came crashing down. It has been such a struggle, that…
Sometimes, in a slight stupor, I ended up acquiring a very small (thank God!) share of this. Well, I’ll open the well’s lid… splash… goodnight!
Let life continue.
Coverage ends due to the circumstances.
Valoe announced on Monday that the company has been declared bankrupt. The company, which developed solar energy solutions integrated into cars and electronics, among other things, has sought protection from its debt burden by applying for corporate restructuring already since December 2023, but the financing required for the continuation of operations has apparently not been found. We are discontinuing coverage of the stock following the bankruptcy decision.

Well then, rising from the ashes… what kind of bird…? ![]()
So, the bankruptcy was just a bump in the road, where only the investors fell, but not the company itself. We will continue to follow with interest.
What a piece of news. So, the management’s new company bought Valoe’s bankruptcy estate? Will we investors get anything from this deal, or did it just go to the creditors?
Heh. I wrote here a long time ago how Valoe is just a scam “company”. My message was deleted. It doesn’t matter. Those who wished for its deletion, and the person who deleted it, can put as much money into Valoe as they want. These individuals are unlikely to tell the public how they lost their entire investment capital.
Just look at the development of the “company’s” stock since its early days and you’ll get the picture.
Then investors should ask themselves how many share issues this company has made over the years, and what has been achieved with the money raised from those share issues.
Now we just guess when this message will be flagged at the investors’ request. Will it be Monday at 08:01?
Savcor Oy orchestrated things well. There the boys now sit, with a clean slate ready. Let’s hope many parties start questioning these actions. Chairman Valoe already praised how the boys get a new start, proudly smiling. A business ban would be the least that should be imposed on this group.
It really is a clean slate. I don’t see what value there could be in Valoe’s name, brand, or production equipment, either for acquisition or in general. The company has been unprofitable throughout its existence, and no significant deals have been made.
I don’t think this has been posted here yet..
“The Finnish Tax Administration has received a report dated August 19, 2025, from the administrator of Valoe Oyj’s bankruptcy estate, according to which no distribution share will be accumulated for shareholders in the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings. For this reason, the Finnish Tax Administration considers that the loss of value of Valoe Oyj’s shares shall be deducted as a capital loss, as referred to in Section 50 of the Income Tax Act, in the tax assessment for the 2025 tax year.”
Do they have any plans now to continue this activity?
At least they are developing with Toyota:
You should stay far away from that bunch. Many lost their money because of numerous letters of intent; these LOIs and such agreements were just fairy tales. So, it’s worth studying the history thoroughly first.
