Valoe announced on Monday that the company has been declared bankrupt. The company, which developed solar energy solutions integrated into cars and electronics, among other things, has sought protection from its debt burden by applying for corporate restructuring already since December 2023, but the financing required for the continuation of operations has apparently not been found.
