An interesting company. It offers its members various travel and experience service deals with its 5000 partner companies. Currently, it has 30 million members, most of whom are in the US. The company also operates in mainland Europe, the UK, and Australia.
The company’s profitability and financial figures are already in good shape. And the real kicker is that the service will become paid on 1.1.2025. The annual membership fee will be $40, whereas it has been free until now for those registered before 2024.
The company itself expects the membership fee to bring significant revenue growth: “Membership fee revenue is still small. We expect it to substantially drive revenue and profit growth in 2025, when the free membershipfor legacy members* phases out”
Even if most members do not switch to the paid service, revenue and cash flow may grow significantly during the coming year, and the figures may improve even further.
