Hi!
I’m starting a thread about SLP, a Swedish real estate company focused on acquiring, developing, and managing strategically located logistics properties near motorways across Sweden. The company recently released its Q4 report, which you can read here. Some highlights from the report:
SLP’s net operating income increased by approximately 42% compared to Q4’24. The company’s work with development and property enhancement, along with a stronger market during the second half of the year, were the primary drivers behind the results.
The occupancy rate as of 31 December was 96.7%, an increase of 0.2 percentage points compared to the previous year. This is despite the property value growing by over 40% during the same period.
The company saw a clear increase in demand for logistics space during the second half of 2025. Customers are also requesting investments in the existing portfolio, and the developable area amounted to 5% of the portfolio at the end of the period.
