Springvest’s performance in terms of capital raised has been brisk during the early part of the year, and the outlook has also remained quite good. On the other hand, a pick-up in exit activity is still yet to be seen. This had a slightly negative impact on our sum-of-the-parts valuation, which is why we are adjusting our target price to EUR 9.2 per share (prev. EUR 9.5). However, the stock’s valuation has already turned moderate, so we are upgrading our recommendation to Accumulate (prev. Reduce).
