Alusta sivistyneelle sijoituskeskustelulle

Inderesin sijoitusfoorumilla sijoittajat auttavat sijoittajia. Foorumilla on yli 100 000 aktiivista lukijaa, joten kohdellaan tätä sijoitusfoorumia kunnioituksella, jotta jaettu tieto palvelee kaikkia. Seuraavilla ohjeilla autat yhteisöä kehittymään ja pitämään tämän foorumin universumin laadukkaimpana ja sivistyneimpänä alustana sijoituskeskustelulle.

1. Laadukkaan ja siistin keskustelun ylläpitäminen

Pyri aina parantamaan keskustelua jollakin tavalla, olipa se miten pieni teko tahansa. Jos et ole varma, tuoko viestisi lisäarvoa keskusteluun, jätä viesti ennemmin lähettämättä. Kunnioita aiheita ja niistä keskustelevia ihmisiä, vaikka olisit eri mieltä jostakin.

Hyvä tapa kehittää keskustelua on tutustua jo olemassa oleviin ketjuihin ennen uuden ketjun aloittamista. Näin vältät turhaa päällekkäisyyttä. Jos haluat laajentaa keskustelua täysin eri suuntaan, aloita uusi ketju linkitettynä aiempaan keskusteluun.

Eriävät mielipiteet ovat osa keskustelua, mutta muista että vain asiat riitelevät, ei ihmiset. Kunnioita siis kanssakeskustelijoita. Emme hyväksy foorumilla:

  • Nimittelyä
  • Henkilöön käyvää hyökkäystä
  • Pelkän kirjoitustyylin arvostelua sisällön sijaan
  • Ajattelemattomia vastaväitteitä ilman perusteluja
  • Toisena henkilönä esiintymistä tai henkilökohtaisten tietojen jakamista
  • Sopimatonta sisältöä

Sen sijaan esitä hyvin argumentoituja vastaväitteitä ja perustele näkemyksesi.

Laadukkaan ja ihmisten välisen aidon keskustelun ylläpitämiseksi emme myöskään hyväksy täysin tekoälytyökaluilla tuotettuja viestejä.

2. Työkalut foorumin käyttöön

Foorumi tarjoaa työkaluja, kuten tykkäykset, liputukset ja muokkaukset, joiden avulla yhteisö voi itse nostaa esiin parhaita keskustelunavauksia ja tunnistaa epäkohtia. Käytä näitä työkaluja edistääksesi sekä omaa että muiden käyttäjäkokemusta.

Moderaattoreilla on oikeus poistaa sisältöä ja käyttäjätilejä tarvittaessa, mutta uudet viestit eivät kulje ennakkotarkastuksen kautta. Moderaattorit ja sivuston ylläpitäjät eivät ole vastuussa käyttäjien julkaisemasta sisällöstä.

3. Käyttäjän vastuu

Muista, että markkinoiden väärinkäyttö tai pyrkimys siihen on foorumilla kielletty. Käyttäjä vastaa foorumille lisäämästään sisällöstä sekä sen käyttöoikeudesta ja lainmukaisuudesta. Inderes ei edusta käyttäjän foorumilla esittämiä näkemyksiä eikä vastaa niistä.

Et myöskään saa julkaista mitään digitaalista, mikä kuuluu jollekulle muulle ilman lupaa. Et saa julkaista kuvauksia, linkkejä tai menetelmiä jonkun toisen immateriaalioikeuksien (ohjelmistot, video, ääni, kuvat) varastamiseen tai minkään muun lain rikkomiseen.

Tätä sivustoa ylläpitää ystävällinen henkilökuntasi ja te, yhteisö. Different opinions are part of healthy discussion, but remember that only things or ideas can argue, not people. Respect your fellow discussion participants. We do not tolerate on the forum:

  • Insults
  • Personal attacks
  • Criticizing writing style instead of content
  • Thoughtless counter-arguments without justification
  • Impersonation or sharing personal information
  • Inappropriate content

Instead, present well-argued counterpoints and justify your views.

To maintain high quality and genuine conversations between people, we also do not accept messages entirely produced by AI tools.

2. Tools for forum use

The forum offers tools such as likes, reports, and edits that allow the community to highlight the best discussion contributions and identify issues. Use these tools to enhance your own experience and that of others.

Moderators have the right to remove content and user accounts if necessary, but new messages are not subject to pre-approval. Moderators and site administrators are not responsible for the content posted by users.

3. User responsibilities

Remember that market manipulation or attempts thereof are forbidden on the forum. Users are responsible for the content they post and its legal usage rights. Inderes does not endorse or take responsibility for the opinions expressed by users on the forum.

You also may not publish anything digital that belongs to someone else without permission. You cannot post descriptions, links, or methods related to theft of someone else’s intellectual property (software, videos, audio, images) or violate any laws.

This site is maintained by your friendly staff and by you—the community. Olemme lisänneet tänään Foorumin sääntöihin “V) Markkinoiden väärinkäyttö tai pyrkimys siihen on kielletty Foorumilla. (MAR)”

Taustalla oli syntynyt epäilys, että Foorumilla liikuteltaisiin mahdollista sisäpiiritietoa. Muistetaan, että sen levittäminen ja hyväksikäyttäminen on laissa kiellettyä. Jos olet saanut käsiisi sisäpiiritietoa tai luulet, että se saattaa olla sellaista, älä levitä sitä tai käytä sitä. Pahimmassa tapauksessa tällaisesta voi olla koko Foorumille haittaa ja myös siksi tämä on hyvä liputtaa säännöissäkin erikseen.

Moikka Foorumi!

Olemme viime aikoina saaneet paljon uusia käyttäjiä foorumille, joten lämpimästi tervetuloa!

Ajattelin kirjoittaa tänne pienen foorumin sääntöjen ABCn tai 101, sillä tämäkin foorumi toimii tiettyjen lainalaisuuksien pohjalta.

Jokaisen viestin tulisi lähtökohtaisesti tuoda lisäarvoa keskusteluun. Nämä voivat olla esimerkiksi kiinnostavia havaintoja, omia analyysejä tai mietteitä. Myös askarruttavia kysymyksiä saa kysyä, ja tuleekin kysellä foorumilla, niin saadaan meistä jokaisesta parempi sijoittaja! On kuitenkin tärkeä muistaa, että foorumi on jaettu omiin kanavoihin ja erityyppisesti kysymykset ja kommentit tulisi laittaa niille kuuluville kanaville.

Muita huomioitavia:

Uutisten jakaminen Uutisia saa jakaa foorumilla. Jos uutisen linkkaa, on hyvä hieman referoida ja nostaa pääpointteja kanssa keskustelijoille, ja samalla myös vastata miksi tämä uutinen on merkittävä. Pelkkien linkkien tai uutisten kopiointeja tulisi välttää. Muistakaa myös himan lukea ketjua ennen uutisen jakamista tai kysymyksen kysymistä. Samainen uutinen on saatettu jo jakaa, tai samainen kysymys jo kysyä.

Liputtaminen ja liputus: Kehoittamme liputtamaan viestejä, jotka eivät lukioiden mielestä noudata foorumin sääntöjä. Liputus näkyy moderoijille ja tällöin moderoijat päättävät mitä viestille tehdään. Viesti voidaan joko poistaa, siirtää tai piilottaa, jolloin kirjoittajaa kehoitetaan muokkaamaan viestiä tai hylätä liputus, mikäli liputus on aiheeton. Mikäli liputukset jää vaivaamaan, voi moderaattoreille laittaa viestiä ja kysyä ystävällisesti miksi viesti poistettiin tai miksi esimerkiksi on saanut bännit pieneksi aikaa.

Foorumin alkuperäiset säännöt oli käytännössä suoraan Discoursen valmiista sääntöpohjasta muutamilla omilla lisäyksillä, joten teimme sääntöihin pieniä päivityksiä näin seitsemän vuoden jälkeen. Vanhoille käyttäjille ei mitään uutta varsinaisesti, mutta etenkin uusien käyttäjien kannattaa lukea säännöt läpi! :innocent:
