If one trusts their own employer, then to me it’s quite a no-brainer. These are in use in several Finnish listed companies. I recently discussed with a Konecranes employee about their incentive program, and he said that over 2000 employees participate in the program. And when you consider how the company’s stock price has developed, there are certainly satisfied employee shareholders there.
