Pan American Silver at USD 55.00. An introductory position was opened today for the company’s portfolio (weight 1.4%, 0.9% of all portfolios).
Exposure to silver production, and Pan American was chosen as the first target, a profitable, long-standing Canadian company with production widely diversified across several countries in the Americas.
The forum has a valuable silver thread that few seem to have found. For example, this was useful for getting to know mining companies. 
Inspired by the general market downturn, I decided over the weekend to transfer more capital to the company’s investment portfolio (+11%). However, the most interesting buying opportunities faded before the funds were available. I’ll continue to look for targets for the remaining funds.
