What are the forum members’ expectations for the Q1/2026 figures?

If we start with the company’s own guidance, growth (5-9%) is expected for the current year, and since no other guidance has been given, based on this, the first quarter revenue should land somewhere around €4.5M (Q1/2025 comparison €4.02M).

At the same time, growth last year was accelerating toward the end of the year and the final quarter was the best in the company’s entire history, so… Can revenue exceed the actual Q4/2025 revenue (€4.8M)?

Comparing the quarters (Q4/2024 → Q1/2025) vs. (Q4/2025 → Q1/2026) is complicated by the largest single deal in Optomed’s history in Q4/2024, so I have no basis for comparison.

Growth quarter over quarter, however? Could it even hit €5M?

It is probably safe to estimate that Q1/2026 revenue will fall in the €4.5–5M range? Growth of half a million from Q1/2025.

Devices segment
Grew 43.1% last year (€5.3M → €7.6M), so with that same 40% growth, the segment’s 2026 revenue could be €10M.

Software segment
Contracted -2.5% last year (€9.7M → €9.5M), so on a declining trend, the segment’s 2026 revenue could be somewhere around €9M.

TOTAL
The 2026 revenue between segments would be €19M, and dividing that by four gives €4.75M per quarter, and the train keeps rolling.
