I’m not criticizing, but Optomed’s stock option subscription price could have been something other than yesterday’s (nearly) ATL share price. Of course, the incentive and reward are greater this way, but honestly, a “fairer” option price would have been somewhere between €2.00–€2.50. Few of us have an average cost around this €1.50 range unless tax-loss selling has been done recently.
Of course, this binds the insider team and key personnel when “insiders aren’t buying.”
