here is a great comment I came across:
Nokia could rise faster and higher than, for example, Lumentum, because Nokia has better overall liquidity, thanks to Helsinki, where shares are dumped straight into the bid regardless of the day, whereas Lumentum, for instance, had to be bought aggressively from the offer back in the day. Additionally, with Nokia, you get a lot of other valuable assets included in the same market cap (Mcap) as the optical peer group (Lumentum, Ciena, and Coherent).
