@AquaVitux Are you sure about that CPO part… After doing some investigation, I’m quite convinced that there is a broader ecosystem behind it. Currently, Lumentum is likely the main InP supplier due to its immediate capacity. However, when it comes to PIC expertise – my understanding is that they are not at the forefront (I might be wrong about this, but Nokia has also emphasized this expertise a lot). In my opinion, this is the point where it’s possible for Nokia to jump in.
But yeah, TSMC is heavily involved in the whole ecosystem, as is Lumentum.
