Lamor’s core business sales have been declining for years, while at the same time, the timelines and costs for establishing the plastic oil plant have hit major snags. That downward spiral needs to be broken. In my view, every possible effort should be focused on the core business, and we should accept that the plastic oil plant investments are sunk costs that need to be brought to at least a test-run stage with minimal expenditure.
