Have I understood correctly that in four years, Lamor has managed to set up a tiny 10,000-tonne plastic recycling plant for Shell (to which those three additional lines can be added = 40,000 tonnes), which is still not in operation? Meanwhile, Neste has built a plant with a maximum capacity of 150,000 tonnes next to it in Porvoo and has already put it into use. Since Finland produces 160,000 tonnes of plastic waste annually, this market is now full. So, a missed opportunity due to the delays?
