“The infrastructure portfolio currently consists of KPY’s subsidiary Novapolis, which as of the date of this release is also the KPY Group’s most significant asset. Novapolis will continue to be a central part of KPY’s infrastructure portfolio, and KPY is investing in the company’s growth.”
I’m not particularly familiar with Novapolis, but after some googling, it seems to be a real estate company leasing office space. What makes it an infrastructure investment rather than a real estate investment?
Perhaps I misunderstood Novapolis or I have a flawed perception of ‘infrastructure’, but based on this information, I can’t see Novapolis as an infrastructure investment.
